BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Knowtion Health, one of the nation’s leading healthcare revenue cycle companies, has named Mikky Franklin as its new Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle. Franklin holds more than 25 years of experience in revenue cycle management for both healthcare providers and vendors, across front, middle, and backend revenue cycle.
Franklin will report to Jayson Yardley, Knowtion Health’s Chief Executive Officer. As Knowtion Health’s SVP, Revenue Cycle, Franklin will be responsible for enhancing revenue cycle performance with Knowtion Health’s clients by coordinating with operations, product, and information services to meet and exceed client expectations. She will also ensure continuous improvement to drive efficiencies in the business.
Prior to joining Knowtion Health, Franklin held leadership and executive roles at Optum, Steward Health Care, Change Healthcare, Accretive Health, Inc. (now R1 RCM), and St. Vincent’s HealthCare (now part of Ascension Health). She has led revenue cycle teams through mergers, new facility openings, vendor outsourcing, and optimization of staffing models through consolidation and globalization. She’s known for consistently driving performance improvement and guiding strategic initiatives that support health systems’ financial health.
